- 1 Mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup of Pesto sauce
- ½ cup Parmazan cheese
- 1 egg
Christmas is over already but of course it will be back next year. You cannot be prepared early enough. This filled puff pastry Christmas tree is a perfect sharing snack.
First start with heating the oven on 180 degrees Celcius. And roll the puff pastry in two equal squares. Than cut with a knife a big christmas tree out of the pastry. Large enough so you do not waste a lot of pastry.
After cutting you have to make clear all the ingredients are divided over the whole pastry. Than put the other half of the pastry over it and cut the leaves.
For the best effect you have to twist the leaves on both sides. At the and put some mixed egg over the pastry and some sea salt and some other spices if you prefer.
So time for the oven for about 15 minuts.
