New York Cheesecake with white chocolate and caramel topping

What do you need for this delicious cheesecake

Step 1   pie shell

  • 100 gr butter
  • 200 gr digestive cookies

Step 2  in the mix

  • 175 gr sugar
  • 1 vanille sugar
  • 600 gr soft cheese
  • 125 gr crème fraiche
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour

In the oven for 90 minutes on 120 degrees Celcius. After that cooling down in the oven. And cooling some more…. for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Step 3  topping time

  • 200 gram white chocolate (rasped)
  • Hersey salted caramel

Of course other toppings as : strawberrries, rasperries or other berries can be done as well.
